Selection and move tools
Isolate pixels on the active layer, then move, copy, cut, paste, delete, or crop them.
長方形選択
長方形の範囲内のピクセルを選択します。
- Choose Rectangle select or press M.
- Drag from one corner of the area to the opposite corner.
- Release to select every pixel position inside the bounds.
The editor switches to Move automatically. Choose Done in the context bar when you want to clear the selection.
投げ縄選択
ピクセルを囲むように自由な形で選択します。
- Choose Lasso select.
- Press and trace around the pixels you need.
- Release to close the area and create the selection.
Lasso preserves the traced mask for move, copy, cut, and delete. If the path contains fewer than three points, the editor creates a rectangular selection between the press and release positions.
自動選択
同じ色でつながった領域を選択します。
- Choose Magic wand or press W.
- Click inside an area of one exact color.
Magic wand selects one connected region through top, bottom, left, and right edges. It does not select diagonally connected pixels or every occurrence of the color across the layer.

Move a selection
- Create a Rectangle, Lasso, or Magic wand selection.
- Move activates automatically.
- Drag the selected pixels, then release to commit.
Move layer content
Without a selection, choose Move or press V, then drag. The editor finds all non-transparent content on the active layer and moves it as one area.
Moving cuts pixels from the source. Copy and paste first if you want a duplicate. Movement is constrained to the current canvas bounds.
Copy, cut, paste, and delete
- Cmd/Ctrl+C copies selected active-layer pixels.
- Cmd/Ctrl+X copies and clears the selected pixels.
- Cmd/Ctrl+V pastes the editor's internal pixel clipboard.
- Delete or Backspace clears selected pixels.
The internal pixel clipboard is separate from your device's image clipboard. Transparent clipboard pixels do not erase the destination. On a fixed canvas, Image > Crop to selection crops every layer and frame to the selection's rectangular bounds.
